Participating in the HBCU Health & Wellness Accelerator with Memorial Sloan Kettering Cancer Center () helped Kyndall Jackson, (.jack) a Biomedical Engineering student at North Carolina Agricultural and Technical State University, () recognize the impact she can have as a future leader in healthcare. This session highlighted the healthcare gaps in underserved communities and showed her how she can contribute to closing those gaps.
After attending the HBCU Health & Wellness Accelerator with Memorial Sloan Kettering Cancer Center, () Kikiope Olajide, () Biology student at Grambling State University, () gained valuable insight into big-picture thinking and effective problem-solving. The skills learned in today’s session will benefit Kikiope personally, academically, and professionally.
