It’s not edited yet. It’s not perfect. It’s sitting on my hard drive right now and it needs a day to integrate before I release it into the world.
That’s how the real stuff works. You say it, then you sit with it. Then you let it go.

I recorded this six years ago.
It's the story of my son's birth. A home water birth I fought for fiercely while everyone around me said it was too risky, I was too old, I needed to be in the hospital.
I didn't listen to any of them.
What happened instead was the most extraordinary experience of my life. I entered a golden tunnel of light. I traveled through it for hours while my body did what it was designed to do without my interference. I went to the gates of life and came back with my son.
I call what I teach now Merkabirth, and this story is where it started.
I tell it differently now. I understand more of the science, the sacred geometry, the physics of what actually happens in a woman's body when she births in presence and trust. The re-telling is coming.
But this one, raw and five years ago, is where it began.

I realized I didn’t have to find my way back. I was always there.
For a long time I was managing. Moving fast enough that I never had to feel anything that might slow me down. Smiling when I wasn’t feeling like it. It looked fine from the outside. It wasn’t fine.
Presence found me when I was no longer able to do. I only had to be. Meditation wasn’t a trend for me. It was the thing that cleared a path to a deeper understanding of life.
That’s my why. Every practice I share, everything I teach, it’s rooted in that.
Because I know what it costs to live disconnected from yourself and I know what lights up when you stop searching and just come home. It’s electric. It’s yours. It’s been there the whole time.
You are always there too.

I’m so tired of it all.
I said it out loud this week and I meant it. The practices, the check-ins with myself, the choosing differently when every part of me wanted to just react, or shut down, or disappear into whatever would make the noise stop for a minute.
I’m tired. But here’s the thing I can’t argue with… it’s working. My life looks different. The way I respond to things looks different. What I tolerate, what I walk away from, what I actually want, all of it is clearer now. Because I kept going even when it didn’t feel like anything was moving. It doesn’t always feel like growth while it’s happening. Sometimes it just feels like… tired!
If you’re tired too, I see you. You’re not doing it all wrong. You’re just in the middle of it.
