t's been a Very LONG time Since I've Seen My Nephews, Nieces & their Children. 4 of them Live in Los Angeles, & the Other 2, in Penna. It was a Sweet Treat to See them again, & to Share Quality Time after Teaching My Classes @ Steps on B'way! The last time i was in LA, was 10 Years Ago, & the last time I Saw My Niece, who is a Member of A.K.A. Sorority, Inc. was in 2019. Time Flies. It was a Fun Reunion, & I am Happy they came to NYC to Visit. It truly was a Happy Surprise. (These are the Carey Family). I was Thrilled to See PHILADANCO @ The JOYCE Theatre. My Best Friend, Vibecke Dahle Dellapolla & I are Very Supportive of the Dance & Theatre Communities & I was So Happy that We Shared Another PHILADANCO Performance Together. I am an Original /Alumni Member of PHILADANCO!! We were Blown Away by their Extraordinarily Brilliant Technique, Athleticism, Strength, High Energy & Spirit. It's been 56 Years, and the Journey has Continued to Demand this Dance Company to Excel in their Presentation of GREATNESS in the Art of DANCE. They are ABSOLUTELY PHENOMENAL It was a Dream of (My Aunt) Joan Myers Brown to Create, PHILADANCO. I am Blessed to have had the Opportunity to be a part of Her Dancing School, Her Dance Company, & Her Life. We are Always Inspired to Keep on DANCING!!❤️❤️❤️

Hi Everybody! Happy Tues. (8-4-26). I Finally took time to Share Photos from My Extraordinary trip to Las Vegas, NV. I Attended My Alpha Kappa Alpha Sorority Incorporated, 🩷💚72 Boule! Was an Amazing Week of Conferences: Sharing Sisterhood & Service. WOW! There were 27,000 Sorority Members Registered. There are 5 A.K.A.'s in My Family, & I am the 2nd to Share it as a GOLDEN Member, which Means, I have given 50 Years. It was an Overwhelming Experience to Share, What We have been doing, as a Sisterhood, during My 50 Years! It was an Honor to Share this EXTRAVAGANZA w/My College Roommate, Soror, Renee C. Brown, Her Daughter, Soror, Dayna C. Brown & Soror Dayna's Friend, Soror Danielle. We had a Phenomenal Time...Every Day was Packed, w/Non-Stop Activities. We didn't Miss a Beat! We took Hundreds of Photos & We Shared them, among us. I Love All of My Sorors🩷💚. Luckily, I was able to find One of My Line Sisters to Share 2 Special Events. Soror, Linda Carroll-Stephens, & Our Big Sister, Denise Swann. Both from Our College, Cheyney State University. (Delta Iota: North Atlantic Region). Enjoy the Photos. Happy Sunday, Everybody! It was a Glorious Day, for Me & a lot of People. Sunday Service, began @ 10:00am, in Preparation for the PRIDE Parade. There was Excitement in the Air & Smiles, All around. I Came to the Theatre, early!. Thrilled to See the Show! CONGRATULATIONS to All! I LOVED IT, Very Much! Thunderous Applause to the Productive Team, Musicians, Dancers, Singers, Choreographers, Director & All Who Made it Possible. It was Absolutely BRILLIANT. 🎭🌹💫❤️❤️❤️🎭
