We can cook the pizza in the oven or on the stove. We’ve made mine on the stove using a cast iron pan, We found that way quicker and with less fuss. Just cook the pizza until slightly browned and easy to flip over.

INGREDIENTS
Socca pizza:
120g chickpea flour (1 cup)
240ml water (1 cup)
1tbsp olive oil
sea salt.

Ingredients
▢1 cup raw buckwheat groats
▢2 and 1/2 cups cold water to cover groats
▢1 teaspoon apple cider vinegar
▢2 cups green peas blanched
▢1 tablespoon olive oil
▢2 cups vegetable stock
▢2 garlic cloves finely chopped
▢2 cups baby spinach leaves
▢1/4 cup mint leaves
▢1/2 tsp lemon zest (optional)

A delicious one pot meal taking advantage of summer produce at its peak. It is Paleo, vegetarian, gluten-free and grain-free to boot.

INGREDIENTS
1 large or 2 small eggplants
3 large tomatoes
4 medium zucchini
1 medium red bell pepper
1 medium orange bell pepper
1 medium red onion
4 tablespoons unsalted butter or ghee, separated
3 garlic cloves, minced
¼ cup red wine, or vegetable stock
2 small bay leaves
4 fresh thyme sprigs, or ½ teaspoon dried thyme
Salt and pepper
⅓ cup chiffonade fresh basil leaves, plus extra for serving
Olive oil, goat cheese crumbles, and red pepper flakes, for toppings

Admittedly, We've tried popular butter chicken recipes at home which called for a ton of butter and heavy cream. Let's just say our guests didn't leave feeling the greatest that night. Instead, this recipe uses full-fat coconut milk as a dairy-free alternative. Coconut milk not only brings a gamut of nutritional benefits, it creates that luxurious texture we all know and love.

Ingredients:
2 Chicken Breast
2 tbsps Extra Virgin Olive Oil
2 Yellow Onion (diced)
2 Garlic (cloves, minced)
2 tbsps Ginger (grated)
4 tbsps Tomato Paste
2 tsps Paprika
1 tbsp Curry Powder
2 tsps Garam Masala
1 tsp Sea Salt
1 tbsp Chili Powder
1/4 cup Water
1 cup Organic Coconut Milk (full fat)
1 head Cauliflower
1/2 Lime (juiced)
