After publishing Tale of Zombie(1973), Marvel tried to trademark the word "zombie." After two years they received the trademark but lost it in 1996. Marvel cooperated with DC to trademark the phrase "Super Hero," in 1779 and again in 2006.

#1 Tip- Take a Practice test and check the section of what you didn't do so well in and practice that subject for 2 weeks. Then take another full practice test and keep the Cycle going. A sure and awesome way to getting that high SAT/ACT score.
