If you’re putting content out into the world, apostrophes matter.

One tiny mark can change the entire meaning of your sentence, and how professional you look.

Quick proofreading tip:
Know where your apostrophe goes.

“Clients” and “client’s” are not the same.

One means more than one.
The other means something belongs to one client.

That difference?
It builds (or breaks) credibility.

Here’s how to fix it TODAY:

✔️ Showing ownership (one person)?
Add ’s
→ The client’s invoice.

✔️ Plural word that already ends in s?
Add just the apostrophe.
→ The clients’ invoices.

✔️ Making something plural?
No apostrophe.

It’s VAs. Not VA’s.
It’s CEOs. Not CEO’s.

The truth is, precision builds trust.
And trust builds business.

• Switch the font
• Increase the text size
• Export it to PDF and review it there
