After spending a few weeks in Classroom 2 learning about caterpillars, bugs, and how they turn into butterflies, the children finally got to see the butterflies coming out of their chrysalises and then release them.

It was such a fun and special moment. We learned a lot, had a great time, and really enjoyed watching the butterflies’ transformation up close. 🦋

Last Saturday, we proudly participated in the 16th Fatherhood Family Fun Day, an event that brought together many of our Head Start families, as well as other families from the community who had the opportunity to learn more about our center and the work we do in partnership with families.

Attendees enjoyed raffles, a delicious barbecue, fun games, and a performance by the Susan E. Wagner High School Marching Band, which added excitement and energy to the celebration.

We sincerely thank all the families for their support and participation in making this event such a special and memorable day.
