The NYC Department of Education is excited to invite NYC families to a series of virtual courses called Mindfulness for Parents with Children of All Ages. It will be a fun filled day of virtual (and a couple in person) workshops focused on mental health. Some examples of workshops that will be presented are; Meditation, Coping with Trauma, Paint & Sip (on juice), Foodies w/ Tejeda, and so much more.
