Are you looking for a fun and relatable admissions training portal? Check out Next Level Admissions.
😒Training is a punishment.
This is the general concensus in admissions.
When I was an advisor almost 18 yrs. ago, that's exactly what it was.
Only the lower performers, folks who missed their weekly metrics or people who just couldn't get it together were mandated to be on training calls.
❓Why is that?
❓Is this why some tenured advisors are so aggressive and dominaring when addressing students?
💖Training:
✔️Builds confidence
✔️Helps you understand how to determine the best fit for potential students
✔️Teaches you how to manage class start expectations
✔️Helps you understand the Stitch and Follow up process
✔️Gives you a different perspective through relateable skits
✔️Is FUN
✔️Doesn't need to be forced. You can spend 30 mins. a week
Well, at least this is what Next Level Admissions Training portal looks like. 😉
