This weekend, reserve some time for (guilt-free) play.
Add some serendipity and laughter to your day.
Don’t be surprised if what felt heavy before now seems lighter.
Play stimulates fresh perspectives, creativity and it gives us energy instead of leaving us drained. Make some time for play and notice if you feel more buoyant and alive.

Send a 🌈 if you are willing to experience more play.

❤️

שעושים זאת לא מתוך חדוות לחימה, אלא מתוך הבנה שמדובר באויב מפלצתי שיש להשמיד אם אנו חפצי חיים;

אני פוגש יהודים מהעולם שהגיעו להתנדב בבתי חולים;

צעירים חרדים שמסתובבים בין חיילים כדי להאכיל אותם;

If you want to give your self the gift of transformation, this really is it. You don’t need to want to teach meditation - the process of learning is a profoundly life-changing experience. It was the greatest gift I ever gave myself and the ripples never stop. 🧘‍♀️

It’s not the strongest of the species that survives, nor the most intelligent.
It is the one that is most adaptable to change.

The practice of staying present will heal you.
🌻
Obsessing about how the future will turn out creates anxiety.
🌻
Replaying broken scenarios from the past causes anger or sadness.
🌻
Stay here, in this moment.

Your wounds will heal because that’s what wounds are meant to do. Your cuts and scrapes may leave behind scars, reminding you of that fall or break, but they will heal and you will be stronger than you were before.

It’s the same for heartbreaks and disappointments and failures…. They might sting now, they might make you sick to your stomach, they might bring you to your knees right now, but soon you will heal and soon you will be stronger than you ever were before. - Walk the Earth
