Definition of beautiful: the quality or group of qualities in a person or thingthat gives pleasure to the senses or the mind.
Hence I can feel beautiful even if I’m not stunning. I’m learning who I am, and continue to work on loving me and growing me into the best I can be - with God’s help of course.
If you struggle to feel beautiful, you can find it in you:
List your positive qualities.
Start telling yourself you are beautiful regularly.
Notice how cute you are occasionally too (or even often if you can).

Got a hair cut as you can see. That’s not the point though. 😉
Enjoyed a nice vacation in Vermont. Got to pick fiddle heads, and do a little hiking with my father and the support of a walking stick. Hung out with my aunt Karen who is amazing- conversation, walking, yoga, art, cooking and eating. Saw my grandfather still going strong at 96!
