Shelter Behavior Hub is happy to bring to you two ways to enjoy and enroll in our most popular program, our Shelter Dog Behavior Mentorship!

Our Full Course mentorship offers up to 40 hours of live consulting with Trish, CEUs for IAABC and CCDPDT, quizzes and feedback, access to our alumni group, and a certificate of completion to celebrate all your hard work!

Our On Demand program offers a lot more flexibility - you can pay month to month, view topics in any order you like, and skip any that you don't need. No homework or quizzes, no lives, just learning what you want, when you want, on your schedule, in a budget-friendly way. This flexible learning option is ideal for past grads that want a refresher, or staff and volunteers that want to learn more about how shelters and rescues can thrive through use of evidence-based best practices.

Hello friends!

I had a wonderful time last week presenting for Maddie's Friend with my knowledgeable friend and colleague Laurie Lawless on "How to Break Up a Dog Fight!"

If you were unable to attend our live virtual presentation, you can view the video here:

Please let me know in the comments if you have any questions or if you learned something new from watching!

Maddie's Fund offers so much free educational content to shelter staff and volunteers, and it was an honor to be able to add to their substantial library of resources!

Introducing our new On Demand option for the Shelter Dog Behavior Mentorship!

If you have been patiently hoping for a chance to join the Shelter Dog Behavior Mentorship but have found the full course doesn't currently fit into your budget, we have some great new options for you!

First, as we mentioned yesterday, we are accepting applications for The Kirby Scholarship, a scholarship opportunity for access to the full course, now through January 14th!

Click here to apply: https://www.shelterbehaviorhub.com/scholarship-application

We realize that not everyone can win this scholarship, so we have a wonderful new learning opportunity for the rest of you!

Our new On Demand option is an affordable alternative to the full program where you can access the content you need the most on a monthly basis.

While you’ll miss out on the live zooms with Trish, CEUs, the alumni group, and won’t be taking quizzes you will have access to all of the lessons and videos included in the program and can participate from month to month with the ability to cancel at any time.

Unlike the full course, where lessons are consecutive, you can click around the material in any order you like and focus only on those units which are most important to you! This is wonderful for anyone who would like to use some of the resources included in the course for staff training.

If you would like to learn more about joining the On Demand Program, click here: https://trish-s-school-bcb6.thinkific.com/courses/monthly-sdbm365-year-long-shelter-dog-behavior-mentorship

May your days be Merry, Bright, and full of successful adoptions, friends. Please remember to practice self care, and do something nice for yourselves today. Special love and gratitude to all the volunteers, foster parents, and staff who take the time away from their families (two and four legged and yes tripawds, you too!) to spend time caring for shelter animals. We see you, you're the real MVPs. Heroes, every one of you.
