Since October 7th 2023, the world has watched Rachel Goldberg-Polin turn unimaginable pain into courage, resilience, and purpose.
Rooted in Jewish faith, she became a source of hope for millions, and a reminder of the power a mother can hold.
Judaism places mothers at the center of Jewish life.
Long before they are recognized by the world, they are quietly shaping it through strength, sacrifice, and endless love.
Rachel showed the world just how powerful that strength can beâ¨

In Judaism, we say the foundation of a home is the woman who builds it. đ¤
Her love becomes tradition.
Her strength becomes legacy.
Her prayers become protection for generations to come.

Tonight is Pesach Sheniâ¨
At first glance, it might seem like an ordinary date on the calendar, but it actually carries one of Judaismâs most powerful messages.
Celebrated one month after Passover, Pesach Sheni was established for those who were unable to bring the Passover offering at its proper time. Instead of accepting âtoo lateâ as their final answer, the Jews asked for another opportunity.
And they were given one.
In that moment, Judaism did something radical: it made room for return.
It made space for those who missed the first chance, and created a second.
Pesach Sheni is more than a historical makeup date. As the Frierdiker Rebbe so beautifully taught, its message is simple: âItâs never too late.â
And thatâs what makes it so deeply relevant.
Those words arenât just about a missed Mitzvah thousands of years ago, theyâre about us too.
They remind us that being âfar awayâ, whether spiritually, emotionally, or even because of our own choices, is not the end of the story.
You can return.
You can try again.
You can rebuild.
One setback doesnât define you.
One missed opportunity doesnât close the door.
One chapter does not decide your whole story.
Pesach Sheni reminds us that there is still time;
Another chance, and another way forward.
