I have loved all of my many careers and truly thank the kids and families that I was blessed to work with Carry me forward to work with children and families even still :)

The more I lead yoga classes the more I realize that yoga and mindfulness is key to helping our children make sense of the crazy thing of life and their own lives

Let’s be careful to jump into labels before we diagnosis kids.. it’s easy to go into the mode of buzz words and .. take a close Lens and look at let’s look at children holistically

This is an important teachable moment and life lesson. Feel it and release so it doesn’t lodge in our little kiddos minds and bodies

Slack… use this acronym to give these incredible humans what they deserve so we have integrated and holistic adults… we know have the tools and knowledge to serve our youth in better ways… show up physically and emotionally for yourself to then show up for them… love them openly through the ups and downs and love by offering apologies when you screw up… allow flow of the many emotions that build throughout the 0-18 fundamental years.. cuddle need I say more .. good stuff for everyone… show kindness as they grapple with more than we will ever know .. cut them some slack so you can better serve them and be with them …

I just had the privilege of presenting at South Carolina Early Childhood Conference (SCEC) on Magical Mindfulness in the Classroom. Had to acknowledge the great Thich NHat Hanh on his words :)

For real.. this is the truth… please stop listening to things that are not true.. we have been conditioned to not remember how primative we are.. we are best in harmony in relationship.. attachment and belonging to each other… please seek out research on Zero to Three’s website www.zero to three.org, real research and of course me. I am a byproduct of what someone and some do consider too much love and I couldn’t be happier on who I am today based out of attachment parenting..:
So when it comes my turn I am owning that is the way I want and believe parenting out of love can transform kids, people, society, and the world. Truth .. it starts at home… you’ve got this.. keep it simple and LOVE through building healthy security attachments :)

Do this.. as hard as it can be it’s the only way. When I offered an apology for getting it wrong after I had lost my cool the eyes and relationship with my own child could relate through her eyes.. “you get it!” It also acknowledges that our kiddos aren’t the only one who mess up and get in trouble … no need for resolutions in January just commitment to mindset and forgiveness and self compassion and LOVE!! All around :)
