Fear not, for our approach is gentleβ€”a gradual journey that unfolds one tiny step at a time.

We've curated 10 tiny sleep hygiene goals to usher in a peaceful transformationβ€”one dream-filled night at a time.

6. If you are a hot sleeper invest in a set of percale sheets to keep you cool, if you are a cold sleeper, invest in some cozy flannel or plush microfiber sheets
7. Try sprinkling some lavender essential oil on your pillow for at least 3 nights
8. Light a lavender scented candle for 15 minutes as you wind down for bed.
