Hot Spot 🔥 by focused on South Asian women’s health and wellness during midlife, creating space for a conversation that is often overlooked. Rooted in our broader mission of cultural literacy and community, the gathering brought women together to engage with menopause and perimenopause in a more informed, supported, and proactive way.
The evening focused on the real physical and emotional shifts women experience, with conversations around nutrition, strength training, sleep, nervous system care, and overall well-being. The goal was to move beyond silence and stigma toward understanding, ownership, and action.
Grateful to our incredible speakers for bringing depth, clarity, and practical insight to the conversation: .shavon_nd

At Carnegie Hall, Falu, Grammy Award–winning artist and one of the most powerful global voices in music today, brought that moment to life with Surrender. Blending Indian classical roots with contemporary global sounds, she created an experience that was both intimate and expansive.
A longtime supporter of The Culture Tree, Falu’s work continues to uplift culture, storytelling, and representation in ways that deeply align with our mission.
For a moment, NYC didn’t rush… it listened. It felt. It surrendered. 🎶💫
