True, all true.
I remember lining up for my heat of a high school 400m race. I'm in lane 4, and a competitor in lane 3 says. "there's no one in my heat" 😳🥴. Basically means she didn't see me as competition.

I ran anyway, I raced anyway.

End of the race we only wanted our numbers.. how fast was I! Even if I didn't win, was I better than ME last time I ran the 400(which is a whole other topic... that distance). The part I didn't realize at that young age was how much stronger mentally I was becoming...every.damn.time.

Fast forward, I still commit to hard workouts, have done a number of spartans and road races. STILL leaning into discomfort and measuring my current state. But I had to talk to lil Georgie. "...All these nerves are taking your energy. Take a deep breath, you LIKE discomfort, you LIKE 'going for it.." I do.

Putting ourselves "out there"is scary.

I encourage you to show up anyway tribe. Be louder than the fears in your head. Go for it. 'Lil You' is rooting for you👊🏽

Hope you're ready to do hard things this week and absolutely crush your goals!

As we close out this training cycle I wanted to let you know we will have ONE MORE eight week training cycle before the official launch of DTRMD SUMMER PROGRAMMING👊🏽

When DTRMD began, the goal was always to inspire and empower. That is STILL our goal. As summer approaches, our schedules change. We will offer flexible, BUT STILL inspiring, and accountable live programming. AM and PM. More to come on this🙌🏽

Starting March 8th, our next training cycle will begin! Please let me know if you would like to train. Move quick, our current team of 18 is greedy but kind!
