Word of the day: مُذكَّرات
diary = mudhakkiraat = مُذكَّرات

It is by default a plural word, so no single form is used for this word.
If you notice, it comes from the root ذ ك ر , which is common for words related to mentioning and remembering things

he mentioned = dhakara = ذَكَرَ
he reminded = dhakkara = ذَكَّرَ
he remembered = tadhakkara = تَذَكَّرَ
memory = dhaakirah = ذاكِرَة
