In RE investing, sometimes waiting for the perfect moment means saving in some areas, but paying more in others. You may save with a lower home price but end up paying a high mortgage payment because of increased rates. Vice versa, you may decide to wait for rates to come down and years later end up paying a much higher price to get in!
The take away of this message: If you’re investing for long term income, just do it! In the long run you end up winning. Historically home values go up, income pays off the property, tax advantages and you are one property closer to your goal!

Excited to announce this new partnership with Allyson of the WDP community! This rental property is located in Orlando, Florida. 4 bed, 2 bath, 2 car garage and enormous backyard. We are focused on monthly cash flow, current comps are $2,500. This property has a lot of potential, but for now we are going to just rehab and rent it. Within 6 months we will pull the equity and fish for the next investment!
