Have you ever hidden your feelings?🙃

Hiding our feelings is a common practice, we try to appear tough, brave, or fearless.👊

But is not a healthy way to deal with your feelings, and this habit could be dangerous.🛑

Our feelings are there to be recognized and expressed EVEN THE NEGATIVE ONES, when you have a negative feeling maybe is not a good idea to express it at the same moment you had them unless you are a Cobra Kai Fan 🥋. But you need to find a way to express them.

Our feelings are there for a reason when you try to suppress your feelings they seek another way to be expressed, this could be headaches, back pain, inflammatory bowel, anxiety, depression, and many other forms. 👩‍🏫

And talking about the positive emotions is better to express them at the moment and express them intensely, show your love to the world by making actions from your heart.

Sometimes you are not just in a good mood and it’s fine

We all deal with some negative emotions sometimes, this could be by work, financial or relationship issues.
In spite of that when you are in a relationship you expect support from your partner,

But that’s not always the case.

Sometimes our emotions are discouraged by our partner, that´s not nice at all.

A healthy relationship MUST be supportive if someone of the couple is in a bad mood for whatever reason, a simple hug, a delicious meal, and some compassionate words can make a sea of change in the mood.

And that’s how the problems should be dealt with, love and support from each other always make a huge difference.

Sometimes our partner is not aware of our inner fights, in that case actively ASK for support and don’t stand still just hoping that your partner will notice that you are “acting different”.
