We had a small but mighty meeting today as most of our members were traveling while celebrating today's theme of Summer Vacations!

Congratulations to our new President Vimal Pradeep! Vimal joined Toastmasters in 2017 after his therapist recommended it to help him gain confidence to maneuver the dating world better. While he reports he’s still single (he’s an absolute catch people!), his confidence has grown immensely the past 7 years. His Toastmasters journey led him to the world championship of public speaking in the semifinals stage twice in a row and he also recently achieved the Distinguished Toastmaster Award! As President of the Upstander club, Vimal would like to continue in the path of dynamism through diversity. We as a club maintain high standards for ourselves and we take fun seriously 🤩. We work hard and play hard in our journey to become public speakers and leaders. We are so excited for Vimal as the President of our Upstander club!

Upstander has achieved President's Distinguished Club status for the second year in a row! Thank you to all our members for their hard work and dedication!
