Ingredients:

1 kg of whole wheat flour
500 ml warm water
1 teaspoon salt
2 tablespoons linseed
1 tablespoon chestnuts

Directions:

1 - Mix the dry ingredients, except the yeast.
2 - Pour the water little by little and mix everything, pour the oil and mix again.

4 - Inflate a smooth surface and knead well.
5 - Divide the dough into two parts, with the help of a rolling pin and make the dough very smooth.
6 - Roll it up, put it in a pan and let it rest for 40 minutes.
7 - Now put the chestnuts on top, brush an egg yolk over the bread.
8 - Bake on preheated low heat for about 30-40 minutes. Be careful not to burn them, the time varies a lot from oven to oven;

Apple Cake Sugar Free

Ingredients:

2 peeled apples, chopped
1 ripe banana
2 eggs
1 cup Thin Flaked Oatmeal
Half cup of wheat flour
1 tablespoon powdered cinnamon
1 tablespoon baking powder
1 thinly sliced apple with peel (For decoration)
1 teaspoon ground cinnamon (For decoration)

Directions

1 - In a blender, whip the apples, the banana and the eggs.

2 - In a bowl, pour the mass and add the rest of the ingredients. Mix until smooth.

3 - In a square baking pan (21 x 21 cm), greased with oil and sprinkled with flour, pour the dough and decorate with apple slices.

4 - Bake in preheated oven (180°C) for about 30 minutes. Sprinkle the cinnamon and serve.

Ingredients

1 iceberg lettuce
2 grated carrots
1 grated beet
1 peeled and seedless tomato
1 onion, sliced or chopped

Dressing:

1 teaspoon salt
1 pinch of sugar

Directions

1. wash all the ingredients well
2. Tear the lettuce leaves to make them smaller
3. Grate the carrots and beets
4. The tomatoes*, once peeled and seeded, should be chopped
5. The onion can be cut into small pieces or sliced, as you prefer.
6. Put everything together
7. The sauce: Combine the sugar, salt, oil and vinegar in a cup.
8. Mix well with a spoon and pour over the salad
Additional information: *The tomatoes can be substituted for cherry tomatoes; this one cut only in half.
