Selena made a decision. To show up for herself and never stop. 🥊

As a single mother, she made a choice to show up for herself so she could be the example her daughter deserves to see. What started as a weight loss journey became something much bigger. 90 pounds down, and with it came strength, clarity, and a mind that doesn’t quit even when life gets heavy.

Through every round she found something she didn’t expect, a way to release the stress, reset, and come back stronger every single time.

“Keep pushing. Remain strong — mind and body — and you’ll get through it.”

Hard Knox Astoria is hosting our Kids Summer Event on Friday, June 26th from 5-7PM! A night for kids AND parents to bond with each other and the community.

Obstacle courses, dodgeball, battle jousting, Street Fighter, arcade tournaments, and so much more — a full evening of games, fun, and friendly competition for our youngest fighters.

🎟️ Members can get pre-sale tickets for $25 through June 17th.

Prices increase to $30 on June 24th, and $35 day-of.
