📢 We at Independence High School miss all of our students. We understand that, especially this year with the pandemic, it has been a challenging year for many of us.
But we want to stay connected and we want you to say sum! Talk to us. We want to hear from you.
🚨 This is a call to connect! 🚨
🗣 For this challenge Ms. Emma said sum, now it’s your turn. All students who participate in the will earn EXTRA CREDIT in all of their classes.
👀 Also, we will be offering a grand prize to the winner of this challenge! Top versus will be chosen by staff and peers.
📝 Put together your verse and in it be sure to say
1. How are you REALLY?
2. What’s keeping you from school?
3. What can teachers or the DOE do to support you?
📅 The deadline for your submission is Friday, November 20th. Grand prize winner will be announced Monday, November 23rd.

3. The chance to participate in The Humble Youth Arts program and receive mentorship from Grammy nominated engineer & producer Komari “k-Rucka” Bailey

2020 Graduates! We will be having a virtual graduation rehearsal for both graduates AND their families/friends on June 23 at 12pm. This is to help with any tech issues in advance of graduation day. Look for more information in the coming days!
