Our Carnival is the largest fundraiser the Parent Nest (PTO) hosts and it funds so many great projects in our district. But here’s the truth: we can’t keep putting on an event this big without more volunteers on the planning team.

The good news? Being on the committee is rewarding and fun! You can:
• Help pick out prizes (kid-approved!)
• Help choose and shape the games
• Bring new ideas to keep the event fresh
• Help design creative auction & raffle baskets
• Have a say in how funds are used
• Receive 25 free tickets for your kids
• Our favorite--Meet new people, gain new friends!

We need to start building a list of interested planners now because preliminary planning starts early. We gather prizes throughout the year and brainstorm new game ideas long before carnival season arrives. If we don't have enough volunteers committed ahead of time, we won’t be able to move forward with planning. Our current planners have 8-10 years of carnival planning under their belt, so it's time to bring in some new planners to take the lead!
