🌻AUGUST EMPLOYEE OF THE MONTH- MACEY!🌻

Macey is an incredible member of the Kids X-Cel team who consistently goes above and beyond for both the children and her coworker’s. She is always willing to lend a helping hand wherever it’s needed and approaches every day with a positive smile and attitude.

Her love and compassion for the children shine through in everything she does. Macey is attentive to each child’s individual needs, making sure every child feels cared for, supported, and included. Whether it’s comforting a child, helping them learn something new, or simply making them laugh, she creates a warm and welcoming environment every day.

Macey is fun to work with, encourages those around her, and is always ready to step up when needed. Her reliability, kindness, and dedication make a positive impact throughout our center.

Congratulations to Brea Mertz, our July Employee of the Month!

Brea is truly an incredible asset to Kids X-Cel Center. She consistently demonstrates a genuine passion for early childhood education and has a natural ability to connect with children of all ages. She prioritizes every child’s emotional and physical well being, creating a safe, nurturing, and welcoming environment where children feel valued, supported, and encouraged to grow.

One of Brea’s greatest strengths is her willingness to help wherever she is needed. She transitions into any classroom with confidence and ease, making it seem as though she has always been part of that room. Whether she’s lending a hand to a coworker, stepping into a new classroom, or taking on an unexpected challenge, she does so with a smile and without hesitation.

Brea is a true team player who leads by example. She treats everyone with kindness and respect, encourages those around her, and is always willing to support her fellow staff members. Her calm demeanor, strong work ethic, and dependable nature make her someone both children and coworkers can count on every day.

Most importantly, Brea genuinely cares about each child she works with. She builds meaningful relationships with families, celebrates each child’s accomplishments, and approaches every day with patience, compassion, and enthusiasm.

Tonight is the night, it is our open house at our new location kicking off Kids Kamp with refreshments, a treat, and a special goodie bag with your child/children’s new Kids Kamp T-Shirt!

We also have new updated calendars along with an emergency and swim release packet that will need to be filled out!

We are so excited to recognize Ava as our June Employee of the month! Ava is such a positive and supportive presence within our center and truly goes above and beyond each day for her coworkers, children, and families.

She is always willing to step in wherever needed, take initiative, and help others with a smile. Ava’s creativity and kindness shine through in her classroom, helping create a warm welcoming, and positive environment where children can learn and grow. She is a natural leader, always open to learning new things, growing professionally, and taking on new challenges with confidence and dedication.
