No need for reins when you want this little mare to stop, just say "woah"😉 Daisy has officially been in training for 30 days, and this video was from a few days ago. She is excelling quickly under saddle!! This is the most fun part about c**t starting in my opinion💯 Getting them good and broke along with adding buttons and finishing touches to their riding☺️

Ringo's first ride! 🙌🏻 I do a lot of prep work to set a c**t up for success for their first ride, it makes them confident and calm when the time comes. No funny business out of this gelding! Fun fact: the first couple rides I put on a c**t are with just a halter and lead rope! That is how much I trust my training and the methods that I use💯 I keep things simple, clear, and easy to understand for these youngsters, and most importantly, I don't rush. Good things take time, and I'm working to create solid mounts that their owners can trust when they get them back home!☺️

Lots of c**t starting happening around here lately!! I took a video of Daisy the other day as it was her first day saddled up, and she did great!🌼

Not every c**t takes their first saddling so well🙈 There are a lot of steps that I take to help prepare a c**t for a saddle, but reactions can still vary. Even if things don't go as well as they could for their first saddling, they always come around! Lots of patience and repetition goes a long way🙌🏻 They are just young horses after all.. not everything is sunshine and rainbows. It's such a cool thing to be able to create so much mutual trust and respect with them💯

I will have more openings for c**t starting this fall, make sure you message me to get your spot!! I will be taking horses through the winter as well, even ones that just need to stay in shape or get consistent riding through the colder months❄️

Wow, it's been a minute since I've been able to post on here!! I have been sooo busy in the best way. Lots of barrel races, horse shows, and training horses mixed in with my regular farrier duties🙈

Here's miss Chanelle laying down a really pretty run the other night at a horse show in Lake Crystal! She won every event we competed in, I'm so stinkin' proud of this mare🥹

I want to talk about parking tonight!!

TRAILERS:
PLEASE USE THE LONG DRIVEWAY TO ENTER!! We would SOOO appreciate if you could park DIAGONALLY along the arena so that everyone can fit and get out properly. If you need help parking or backing, we have people that can help!! You also can park across the driveway if you would like, pull straight in so your headlights face the driveway. When leaving, if you park right next to the arena you can use the short driveway to exit. Please do not park behind the saloon, we are reserving it for cars to help decrease the amount that need to park on the gravel road.

CARS:
PLEASE USE THE SHORT DRIVEWAY!! Cars are able to park nicely by/behind the saloon. Please do not park in the trailer parking areas.

IF YOU HAVE ANY QUESTIONS PLEASE REACH OUT!! There will be signs to help you when you get here. We are hoping that this helps everyone get in and out smoothly☺️
