As summer comes to an end, I just want to take a moment to thank these coaches for making this our best summer yet! 💙
Every year, we continue to grow, learn, and get better, and having this crew has been a huge part of that. Thank you for your time, energy, and willingness to build our athletes. I truly couldn’t have done it without you, and I’m so grateful for everything you’ve brought to Alliance Training Center.
I can’t wait to have you all back! Until then, I look forward to following along, hearing about your year at school, and watching you continue to grow. I hope you all have an amazing year. madison mathiowetz brooklyn lewis Ramsey Hopp Ethan Lieb

FALL TRAINING IS HERE! 🍂💙
We’re excited to open registration for our fall training schedule with a variety of options to help athletes get stronger, faster, and more confident.
💪 Sports Performance
🏃 Middle School
🌅 Early morning options
🌙 After-school & weekend options
🏋️‍♀️ Women’s Strength
We’ve added more class times and options this fall to make training more accessible, better fit busy schedules, and allow us to accommodate more athletes in each time slot. A few of you have asked about an athlete Wednesday/Sunday and a before school women’s class, so we put it on the schedule! If there’s enough interest, we’ll make it happen! 💪
If you don’t see a time that works for you, message us! If we have enough interest, we can add additional class times.
Fall Schedule Note:
There will be no classes September 6–7, and there will be no Middle School class on September 15.
*Message us to reserve your spot or share interest in a new class! ****Our 12:00–12:45 PM Women’s Strength class is FULL

🧠 Curious about sports psychology?
Stop by August 6th from 10:00 AM–2:00 PM to meet Holly Schwab and learn more about the services she offers for athletes and teams.
While Holly’s practice is independent and not affiliated with Alliance Training Center, I believe mental performance is an important part of athletic development. If you’ve ever been interested in learning more, this is a great opportunity to stop by, ask questions, and see if it’s a good fit for you or your athlete. Everyone is welcome.

🎉 That’s a wrap on our 8-week 2nd–5th grade summer program!
Our goal at this age wasn’t to chase big weights…it was to help these kids learn to move well, build confidence, get stronger, and have FUN.
We wrapped up by asking everyone their favorite part. The top answers?

If they leave stronger, excited to come back, and loving the process, then we’ve done our job. ❤️💙

Glimpse at Last Week – 3x/Week Athletes 💪
Our older athletes continued putting in the work as they transition into a strength and power-focused training block.
Our focus has shifted toward building maximal strength while developing explosive power, without losing sight of movement quality and proper technique. Every session is designed to help these athletes become stronger, faster, and more resilient so they can head into their fall seasons feeling confident and prepared.
Their consistency and effort have been unmatched. They continue to show up and push themselves. 👏🔥

A Glimpse at Last Week for my 1x and 2x a week athletes.
They brought the energy and continued to work hard as we keep building a strong foundation. The focus has been on proper lifting technique, movement quality, core stability, speed mechanics, and overall athletic development. It’s exciting to watch their confidence, coordination, and consistency improve with each session. Looking forward to building on these fundamentals in the weeks ahead.
