To: Parents and Guardians,
We hope you are doing well. We are pleased to share that our students have the exciting opportunity to participate in the Special Olympics – Bowling Event.
To register your child, please complete the required registration and medical forms. You can download these forms by visiting the Special Olympics North Dakota website:
https://specialolympicsnd.org → Click “Become an Athlete” → Participation Forms or get the participation forms from Mr. Arnold Grady or at the Middle School office.
This program is designed to promote fun, teamwork, confidence, and inclusion for all our special athletes. We highly encourage families to participate and support their children as they explore new skills and friendships.
Event & Training Schedule
• Training Period: September 7 – November 1, 2026
• Area Game: Minot -October 10, 2026
• Entry Deadline: October 16, 2026
• State Tournament: MANDAN & FARGO November 1, 2026
*15 games must be bowled for an athlete to qualify for the State Bowling Tournament.
We are also inviting our Special Education teachers to participate as volunteers. Your presence and support will make a meaningful difference in ensuring that our athletes have a safe, enjoyable, and rewarding experience throughout practices and competitions.

Just a friendly reminder, please watch out for bus and students. Thank you!

School is in session! This is a friendly reminder to be cautious when approaching a school bus as children do not always follow safety protocols. If you approach a bus with the stop sign out and flashing lights, you cannot pass or you may get a ticket.
