Our Saturday sessions are a super popular choice for families! Swim lessons are once per week on Saturday mornings at Aliana Westmoor Pool. What’s unique about our Saturday swim lessons is that they are 45 minutes rather than the traditional 30 minute swim lesson. Join us on Saturdays for a great way to get some extra practice in! 🙌🙌

Thursdays are our busiest day of the week! Our team is teaching across 3 different locations- New Territory Club Pool, New Territory Ellis Creek Pool, and the Aliana Club Pool. Why do we teach back float first? Everyone knows back float is a lifesaving skill, but there are other reasons back float is taught from the beginning. Our Learn to Swim Level 1 class focuses on bubbles, kicking, AND back floating for many reasons. Learning how to back float builds confidence and teaches the swimmer to trust the water. The swimmer learns better balance and how their body stays buoyant in the water. Once mastered, the back float becomes the foundation to swimming Backstroke successfully. 🙌
