This staff deserves their own post.
Somewhere between the long drives, hotel rooms, early mornings, late nights, inside jokes, Subway gas stations, group chats, and summer chaos… these people became more than just a staff.
One of my favorite parts of PCC has always been watching the relationships that come from it. People who may have barely known each other at the beginning of the summer leave with friendships, memories, and stories they’ll be talking about for years.
There’s something really special about watching a group of people come together because they love the same sport, and then watching them genuinely start to love each other. The athletes and coaches see the instructors, but I get to see everything behind the scenes and THAT is what makes me love this staff so much.
Watching these incredible people represent something I’ve spent so many years building makes me so proud. I love them not just as coworkers, but as people. They make me laugh, keep me young, and somehow put up with me all summer.
Cheers to the staff who made Summer 2026 one for the books. 🫶
