In rural communities, a football field becomes much more than the location of a game. It's where generations gather under Friday night lights to cheer for the same team. Where younger kids dream about the day they get to wear the Warhawk uniform. Where alumni come to reconnect and share memories. Where fans pack the stands and show up for our team regardless of the score that night, or the record that season. Our Warhawk pride and community mentality shine bright on Friday nights!

Hey Warhawk Family - here is a friendly reminder about event Expectations

With several North Mahaska events starting up this month, we wanted to take a moment to remind everyone of our event expectations. Our goal is to provide a fun, safe, and welcoming environment where our student-athletes, performers, officials, coaches, and fans can enjoy every event. Thank you for helping us in creating this environment to watch our Warhawks!

A HUGE thank you to everyone who joined us for our Playground Grand Opening! ❤️🖤 It was so much fun watching our students enjoy a playground they helped choose back in the spring. Seeing their excitement made all the hard work worth it!

A few important reminders as we work to get the area around the playground established:

🌱 Please continue to stay off the new grass. We’re hopeful that by early to mid-September, the grass will be established enough for us to remove the caution tape.

🏐The Gaga Ball pit will remain unavailable until the surrounding grass is ready.

We also want to give a few special shout-outs to the people who helped bring this project to life:

🛝 Austin from Midwest Playscapes Inc. — Thank you for working with us to design and bring this incredible playground structure to life!

🚜 Aaron Schock — Thank you for all the heavy lifting with the dirt work and seeding to make sure our grounds are solid and ready!

🪧 Mr. Ryan J Groom — Thank you for your hard work on our signage and for helping add those finishing touches!

Hey Warhawk Nation! Football Friday nights bring our community together - athletes, coaches and sponsors, band and spirit squad, educators and administrators, parents and families, spectators and faithful Warhawk fans - and give us all something to cheer for, together.

T-Mobile is teaming up with Rob Gronkowski and Patrick Mahomes to give $1 million for a game-changing homefield upgrade to one deserving school. We could increase North Mahaska's chance of winning by posting on social media!
