"Tracy, I already have a pretty good idea where my money goes. I'm careful. I'm frugal. So how would coaching actually find anything I'm not already seeing?"

Fair question. If you're asking it, you're probably right that you're not reckless with money. You're paying attention. That's exactly the kind of person who gets the most out of the deep, identity-shift coaching we do in The Steward and Grow Group Accelerator, all while finding the hidden money leaks even careful people don't see.

Let me show you what that looks like, with Daniel and Tiffany.

They were already doing the leg work. They didn't spend lavishly. They knew exactly what their bills were and paid them on time. Both fully committed to getting out of debt. They could see the pinpoint light at the end of the tunnel, and it felt like it would take forever to reach.

When we dug in, two things were slowing them down, and neither was laziness or overspending.

First: they wanted the same destination but disagreed on the route. One thought "attack the highest interest first." The other thought "knock out the smallest balance for momentum." Both are valid, but pulling in two directions, even slightly, splits your power. Like a team of horses pulling opposite ways, making the wagon crawl.

Second: they felt like they knew where their money was going, but the full picture wasn't in front of them. And that had nothing to do with being frugal. Even careful, disciplined people have leaks they can't see, precisely because they're living inside their own financial world every day.

So we did two things: got them pulling the wagon (ahem, finances) in the same direction with one clear plan, and put the entire picture on the table where they could finally see all of it.

(That's when they spotted it: restaurants, gifts, casual spending. Each felt small in the moment. They were shocked how much freed up once they got intentional with every dollar. "Wait. We have HOW MUCH left at the end of the budget, even after paying you?")

What felt like a "forever" tunnel suddenly had a real, close exit. In 18 months, Daniel and Tiffany paid off $47,000 in debt, saved a six-month emergency fund, had their first baby, moved states to be closer to family, and bought their first home.

They were already disciplined. But discipline aimed at a blurry target, in two different directions, will always feel like forever.

So, you might genuinely know where most of your money goes. But "mostly okay" and "I think I'm on the right track" are exactly where the leaks hide โ€” and they're hardest to spot on your own, because you're too close to it. A second set of trained eyes finds in one sitting what you've been circling for months.

If you want to know what's hiding in your "feels right," let's look together.

My stubborn pride has cost us about $500 in HVAC maintenance.

The instructions on which exact filter, FROM THE MANUFACTURER, are right there on the unit.

But because of my "experience as a Home Depot Department Supervisor," I thought I knew better. ๐Ÿคฆ

I used excuses and stories that we have tons of critters and two long haired humans to use a "better" filter to keep the coils clean.

You know what that did? Made the system overwork, and leak water on the floor.

And don't we do the same thing with money?

We literally have an instruction manual from the CREATOR on how to manage it, grow it, and have a heart that honors Him as we Steward it.

But instead, we let our money stories, beliefs, and the noise of what the world says to do get in the way.

So, we end up stressed, anxious, and actually spending a lot more than we need to (I see you, interest and fees!)

So, want to learn how to use the Instruction Manual and learn to manage God's money his way?

I invite you to join, "The Steward and Grow Group Accelerator."

In 12 weeks, you'll learn how to manage your money with confidence, grow your mindset and bank account, so you can stop money stress and become the Steward God calls you to be.

Have you ever raised your hand in class, but felt like you werenโ€™t called on to have your question answered, or felt like someone else got ALL the attention while your problem went unanswered?

Iโ€™ve felt that.

Itโ€™s especially frustrating when itโ€™s on a topic that actually matters, like how to manage your money or stop financial stress.

Which is why in โ€œThe Steward and Grow Group Accelerator,โ€ I donโ€™t tolerate that.

People have asked me, "But it's a GROUP. Will I actually get help, or will I just get lost in the crowd while everyone else gets coached?"

I love this question. Because the answer is the exact opposite of what most people expect. Let me tell you what actually happens in that room.

A woman raises her hand. She's wrestling with something specific. Maybe it's how to talk to her husband about a purchase without it turning into a fight, or the guilt she feels every time she spends money on herself. Maybe it's how to manage a 3 paycheck month.

So we work through it together, right there, live.

And here's the beautiful thing: while I'm coaching HERโ€ฆ every other woman in that room is getting coached too.

Because nearly every time, someone else is sitting there thinking "wait โ€” that's ME. I have that exact same thing." They lean in. They take notes. They apply the breakthrough to their own life โ€” even though they never had to say a word.

Kind of like sitting in church when the Holy Spirit MOVES and He speaks like the sermon is just for you.

And hereโ€™s what happens when group coaching is done right: you don't just get your own breakthroughs. You apply everyoneโ€™s breakthrough to your own situation.

You hear the question you didn't know to ask. You watch someone else work through the fear you've been avoiding. You realize you're not the only one with a pattern youโ€™re breaking, and something in you exhales and finances donโ€™t feel so lonely.

That's a kind of transformation you simply can't get sitting alone with a spreadsheet and a YouTube video.

And here's the part I'm most intentional about: I keep the room small, on purpose.

A small, hand-picked group of no more than 15 women, so every single lady gets the attention she deserves, gets seen, and gets space to be coached directly when she needs it.

You get the best of both worlds: personal attention and the power of a room full of women on the same journey, praying for you, cheering you on, and walking it beside you.

All while learning the tangible and practical side of HOW to manage your money in a way that honors the Lord.

You were never meant to figure your finances out alone. God designed us for community. And there is something holy that happens when a group of women decide together to become the stewards He's calling them to be.

I know you're ready to have the support, encouragement, and guidance on how to stop money stress, grow your bank account, and become the Steward God calls you to be.

Comment ABUNDANCE, and I'll send you the invitation for the details and to apply.

"Tracy, I want to work with you in The Steward and Grow Group Accelerator. I see the value in what we'd do, and I'm SO SICK of this money stress. It's just it feels like a lot of money."

I nodded with compassion.

The woman in front of me was carrying so much guilt around her finances. But she'd watched her own sister get out of debt and build a six-month emergency fund after working with me. And she was hungry to lay down her old money habits, live debt free, and finally learn to manage her money God's way.

"I totally get that," I said. "It DOES feel like a lot, especially if you're not sure where your money's been going, and a budget hasn't worked before. I'm curious. What do you feel would be different about coaching than what you've already tried?"

She looked thoughtful.

"I'd have someone to guide me. Someone I could ask questions, who's done this before and knows what they're doing. A second set of eyes on my finances. And someone to teach me what I don't even know I don't know."

I smiled. "You're exactly right. Soโ€ฆ what do you feel the Lord is asking you to do?"

She was quiet for a moment. "He's telling me I need the help. And that He'll provide."

And you know what happened?

God SHOWED UP for her. Even when unexpected expenses and car repairs hit. For the first time, she paid every bill on time. She saved a $1,000 emergency fund. She started making real headway on her debt.

But the most importantly, the first time ever, she felt HOPE in her finances the MOMENT she said yes to investing in herself and walking in obedience to what the Lord was asking of her.

And she isn't the only one.

David and Martha felt like they were one paycheck away from being homeless. They had no idea where the money for coaching would come from. The interest stacking up on their student loans made them feel sick.

But they knew something had to change. What they'd tried on their own hadn't worked; the thought of another year exactly like this one scared them more than the leap did.

So they made a decision: trust the Lord to provide, and trust the process. Here's what happened.

After ONE month of coaching, they had $1,000 EXTRA in their bank account. Even with the coaching payment already taken out.

Sit with that for a second.

Thirty days in, the thing they were scared they couldn't afford had already found them money they didn't know they had, without increasing their paychecks. Just from learning to steward what was already passing through their hands.

So if youโ€™ve been sitting on the fence about joining โ€œ๐—ง๐—ต๐—ฒ ๐—ฆ๐˜๐—ฒ๐˜„๐—ฎ๐—ฟ๐—ฑ ๐—ฎ๐—ป๐—ฑ ๐—š๐—ฟ๐—ผ๐˜„ ๐—š๐—ฟ๐—ผ๐˜‚๐—ฝ ๐—”๐—ฐ๐—ฐ๐—ฒ๐—น๐—ฒ๐—ฟ๐—ฎ๐˜๐—ผ๐—ฟ", here's the honest question. Not "can you afford it?" but:

How will this save you the money, time, and energy you didnโ€™t know was leaking?
That's the peace that doesn't come from checking a spreadsheet.

If you've been sitting on the fence, now's the time to join.

In 2023 I said YES to myself and invested $10,000 for 12 weeks of coaching. I remember shaking, holding two feelings at once: scared crapless and exhilarated.

My business was doing okay. I'd hit a few milestones that looked good on paper.

But I knew in my bones that I wasn't yet the coach God had put in me. I could feel her inside, but couldn't figure out what was missing. I was fumbling with marketing, and couldn't articulate the value of how I serve people. "Okay" felt like a glass ceiling.

So I said yes. I realized I was worthy of investing in myself and a coach to help me become the version of me I couldn't fully see yet.

My business doubled, but here's what's better.

My relationship with Jesus deepened. My marriage elevated, because I learned to stay emotionally steady in stressful situations, manage my nervous system, and ask better questions instead of being reactive.

And I finally released the financial head trash of scarcity, fear, and lack, and stepped into an abundance mentality I didn't know was available to me.

I became the coach God was calling me to be, and became a different person in the process.

None of that would have happened if I'd waited until it felt comfortable.

Maybe youโ€™re doing โ€œokayโ€ with your finances, youโ€™ve hit a few milestones, and youโ€™re going through the motions instead of intentionally managing your money.

Or youโ€™ve built some wealth, but it doesnโ€™t FEEL like you thought it would.

You know in your bones that something needs to change in your finances, and you have a version of the Steward inside that is pounding on the door of your heart to be let out.

Here's the thing about the investments that change your life: they never feel "comfortable" in the moment. Otherwise, it wouldn't be a stretch. And if it wasn't a stretch, it wouldn't change you.

I'm say this because I know exactly what some of you are doing right now. You're reading these posts, and your heart says, "this is it." But your brain is immediately doing the math, listing the reasons, finding the "someday," to do group coaching.

I did that too. Then I decided to trust God because I knew this is what He wanted me to do, and then I punched fear in the face and obeyed.

This is your invitation to answer that knocking on your heart, too.

Inside The Steward and Grow Group Accelerator, over 12 weeks, you'll:
โœจ Go from "I'm not good with money" to "I'm the steward God's calling me to be." A budget that works for YOUR brain and season of life, so you stop the money leaks, pay off debt for good, and handle a $700 car repair with an eye roll instead of a panic attack.

โœจTrusting God as your provider instead of your bank balanceโ€”so you feel the same peace with $5 or $50,000, and you model true stewardship for the people watching you.

I'm not asking you to do something I haven't done. I've written the scary check before I felt ready. I'd do it again in a heartbeat.

I know you're ready to join. Comment ABUNDANCE and I'll send you the application.

Yโ€™all. I have chills. I was reflecting on last Steward and Grow Group Accelerator, and I canโ€™t help but give God praise. Here's a peek behind the curtain of what happens in a group session.

I start off each session with victories. And R. shared hers.

A week before, she'd felt the Lord prompt her to switch the bank account her paycheck went into. She didn't understand why. She did it anyway, trusting God was up to something.

Then her car died of a bad battery in a grocery store parking lot at 9:45 at night.

And because of that "random" nudge she'd obeyed, the money was there, a day early. She paid cash, no credit card, and got home to her kids. Her son had surgery the next morning.

So we stopped the lesson, and the whole group prayed. Not a quick "bless this budget" prayer, but a real, Holy Spirit led prayer over the car, the pattern of car trouble that had followed her for years as a single mom, and over her son and family.

And then we went right back into practical money work.

That's what this room is. We break generational patterns of financial stress AND do the tactical of managing money.

In the same session, we walked through how to handle a third paycheck (because itโ€™s not the โ€œfree for all money most people think). We talked about Roth versus traditional retirement accounts (I'm not a financial advisor and I don't tell anyone what to invest in. I teach what those vehicles actually ARE). How to save hundreds on your mortgage per month, and how to find the right financial advisor you trust to grow your investments.

The practical, tactical money work is real, and so is the prayer.

But here's the part that gets me. Two months after the group ended, R.'s car needed a $6,000 repair. Old R. would've financed the repair and kept the dying car.

Instead, she looked at her options. And because she'd been managing her money wellโ€”paying off debt, paying her bills on time, doing the work to improve her financesโ€”she was able to walk away from that money pit and get a 2025 Nissan with low miles for $19,000 instead.

(We don't chase credit scores in this room. But that's what happens naturally when you manage your money well.)

That's what 12 weeks does. And Iโ€™m inviting you to experience this room, too.

Inside The Steward and Grow Group Accelerator, you get:

โœจ A room where you're prayed over, not just taught. Where you can say the thing you've never said out loud about moneyโ€”and hear other women say "oh my gosh, me too."
โœจ The practical financial teaching that actually changes your numbers. Budgets that work for YOUR brain. Debt gone for good. Understanding what your money is actually doing, so you stop feeling like everyone else got a manual you never received.
โœจ From "I'm not good with money" to "I'm the steward God's calling me to be"

You get a coach AND a room of women who cheer you on your financial and stewardship journey.

If you're tired of managing your finances alone, comment "ABUNDANCE" and I'll send you the application to join.

Iโ€™m going to get really vulnerable here. Six years ago, I inherited money from my bonus mom... and blew through it in 18 months.

I made "good" decisions on paper: Paid off a car to become debt free, and invested in training to become a financial coach. But underneath, I was operating from lack, scarcity, and had a grip on control.

The money slipped through my fingers because my capacity to steward it hadn't grown yet. I wasn't the person who could hold and manage that amount. So, the money "disappeared."

This year, I received another inheritance after my dad passed. And this time, my husband and I had calm conversations, made an intentional plan to steward AND enjoy it, set up systems to grow it, and kept our peace the entire time.

Iโ€™m the same human with a completely different capacity to manage, steward, grow it, and enjoy it.

Here's a lie I let go of to finally feel the peace and stability I had craved for years. More money doesn't fix your money problems. Instead, it magnifies who you already are with money. Anxious and reactive now? More money makes you more anxious. A confident steward? More money becomes more Kingdom impact.

Have you ever felt like you SHOULD be able to do something, but it rarely ever goes the way you want to?

I do. Iโ€™ve been married, 17 years, and cooking dinner still ends up going sideways.๐Ÿ˜…

A client had the same thoughts about her finances. She was an accountant who balanced the books for a multi-million dollar company.

But her own numbers in her personal finances went sideways. And the shame of that nearly ate her alive.

When K. started working with me she had nearly $100,000 in student loans and credit cards. For a while she paid the cards off every month, until she couldn't. The balance crept up, and then started to scare her. She kept thinking, "I do this for a living. Why can't I figure out MY money?"

So, how did she go from feeling like she was drowning in debt to having hope, and making massive momentum paying off debt?

First, we took debt off the table as an option. She NEVER wanted to make a debt payment again, so why keep using it? Then we went deeper, and found the real issue. Her "impulse" spending wasn't really impulse at all. It had to do with her relationship with her mom. The Amazon purchases to keep the peace when her mom said "What, you can't afford this?" The constant traveling hours away and eating out to keep up with family slowed way down, too.

So she did the brave work. She set boundaries. She stopped spending to earn approval. And she did the deep identity work of learning to see herself the way Jesus sees herโ€”not the way her spending had been trying to prove.

Then the practical clicked into place: debt snowball, no more credit cards, a $1,000 starter emergency fund.

She paid off $55,000 in two years. Her budget went from -$536 a month to putting an extra $1,100 a month toward debt while STILL giving herself fun money and never feeling deprived.

In her words:
"I realized my money struggles were symptoms of deeper issues. After my car accident, I didn't stress about money. I finally understood the importance of an emergency fund. I now have joy and don't feel discouraged when I look at my finances."

Here's what I want you to hear: the thing keeping you in the cycle usually isn't a lack of information. It's the deeper layers underneath. And thatโ€™s exactly what we doโ€ฆ

Inside The Steward and Grow Group Accelerator.

Where in 12 weeks, youโ€™ll learn to:
โœจ Trust God as your provider instead of your bank balanceโ€”so you feel stable, peaceful, and grounded whether you have $5 or $50,000.
โœจ Step from "I'm not good with money" into "I'm the steward God's calling me to be"โ€”the deep identity work that heals what budgeting alone never could.
โœจ Lean on a community of Kingdom Builders who love Jesus, pray for you, and give you a layer of safe accountability.

If you've got all the "right" information and money is still stressful, it's not a you problemโ€”it's a missing-the-80% problem with mindsets, habits, behaviors, identity, and nervous system work.

Fourteen years of marriage. That's how long it took my husband and me to get on the same page with money and for it to stop feeling like a battleground.

Where I was: We divorcedโ€”mainly over money and communication. When we remarried, I was still the red-faced controller, gripping every penny out of fear, following the financial rules so intensely that my husband felt steamrolled and unheard.

What I did: I learned that managing money God's way is only 20% math. The other 80% is your heart, your identity, your nervous system, and how you communicate. So I did that deeper work, hired a coach, went to therapy, and deepened my relationship with Jesus.

Where I am now: Money is a productive and calm conversation in our home, not a fight. We handle surprise $15,000 roof decisions in two-minute discussions.

But here's the thing. It took us 14 years of hard, lonely lessons to get here.

And you do it in 12 weeks, with a method my clients have used to pay off over $1.6 million of debt, a guide who's been exactly where you are, and a community walking it beside you.

Imagine your finances feeling peaceful and stable, watching your bank account grow, and knowing youโ€™ll hear, โ€œWell done, my good and faithful servant,โ€ when you meet Jesus because you managed what He entrusted to you His way.
