Our 9th graders spent the day at Stuart’s Fruit Farm, a Westchester staple that’s been family-operated since 1828. During the visit, students toured the grounds, checked out a classic 1946 apple-grading machine in action, picked apples for their upcoming class projects, and wrapped things up with fresh c***r and warm doughnuts.

Beyond the autumn fun, the trip gives students a real-world look at Sustainable Agriculture. By examining how industrial farming affects local soil and water, they’re exploring practical ways to help create a more sustainable future.

Today, our 8th graders participated in a meaningful spiritual retreat, “Friends in Christ: Walking Together.”

Led by our Campus Ministry team and Peer Ministers, students spent the day exploring scripture, engaging in quiet reflection, guiding one another through trust walks, and reflecting on their commitment to Serviam as they wrote heartfelt letters to the Ursuline Sisters.

It was a beautiful blend of deep conversation, shared joy, and community—setting the tone for a year of profound spiritual and personal growth!

Our 6th and 7th graders showed off their bowling skills, enjoying time outside the classroom while bonding over some friendly competition. It was a fun-filled day of strikes, spares, and great connections!
