We’ve wrapped our shows for the summer! It was a whirlwind of hard work and creativity from our staff and our performers. With just weeks to put together a show, there was little time for anything else. But we did it! This summer we produced Into the Woods, The Lion King Kids, and Annie Jr.

We’d like to applaud our performers who always come through with talent and enthusiasm.

Let’s keep the applause going for Nicole Rose and to our queen Alexis Nolin for making this all happen, over and over again.

It’s Makeover Monday! This week we’re featuring another amazing job by our brass technicians.

This reel is just a taste of the work that went into repairing a Besson tuba that has seen it all. As you can see, the dents had dents. Here are just a few things needed to make this horn play:

✅ The instrument was unsoldered completely.
✅ Dents removed.
✅ Patch installed.
✅ Parts that couldn’t be repaired were replaced and fitted.
✅ A final polish to bring out the gold lacquer finish and soften scratches.

It’s now an official member of the band at Thomas Jefferson Middle School in Edison.
