6 months later and I’m down 20 pounds and 11 percent body fat.
68 years old
I'm a sport performance coach/psychologist that can help anyone I assist clients with on-line training routines, Skype personal training sessions, and FaceTime.
I've been a personal fitness trainer for over 32 years and have degrees in fitness from Ball State University (BA '79, MA '92). I've worked personally as a personal trainer with Lord's Personal Training, my own business, and I've coached High School athletes for 10 years. I am a doctor of psychology in sports performance psychology. I graduated from the University of the Rockies in Denver with a Doctorate of Psychology (2018) and a specialization in performance psychology (sport).

I've been training since March 20 for a possible senior fitness show in Sept.
My body fat has dropped 9 percent and muscle mass UP 3 percent. For an older man to put on muscle while dropping fat is darn near impossible.
But I'm getting in shape very fast with a dedicated fitness and eating plan, that I can share with you .
I’ve been training people for one year now at Epic Health and Fitness in Weeki Wachee Fl.
I have 12 clients , stroke victim, neurological disease, dementia, autism, heart disease, back problems, cancers, these are the things we older people deal with and I’m honored to help all of these people.

Down 2.4 percent fat
Up 5 percent muscle mass
Up 5 pounds in weight

One can have a cognitive illness, like I have been diagnosed with, but the body has its own memory.
I can forget so so much, but what I know, my body knows, and it can still change!
Sixty Eight next month and I am getting better each day !

Joe just turned 70. I’ll be 68 in 6 weeks.

Chest day, and a bit of bicep.
Arms have lost 1 inch, but LOOK bigger.
That’s because losing body fat makes you look more muscular.
Seniors rule!
