đź’ś When we talk about being Rooted In Community, THIS is what we mean!

A HUGE thank you to Marjorie's Hope for once again showing up for our Pace girls with an incredible donation of school supplies!

If you know Debi and her team at Marjorie’s Hope, you know this is just what they do. Year after year, they pour into students, schools and families throughout Pasco County—making sure kids have the school supplies, clothing, hygiene items and even that perfect prom or homecoming outfit they need to walk a little taller and feel a little more confident.

And they don't do it on a small scale. They support THOUSANDS of Pasco students each year. đź’ś

They share our belief that meeting a young person's basic needs can build self-esteem, support success in school and inspire hope.

THANK YOU to Marjorie’s Hope and SO MANY of our community members for coming together to support this mission each year! We are grateful for the supplies, of course—but even more grateful to be connected to people who believe, as we do, that when a community wraps around its young people, incredible things can happen.

THIS is Pasco taking care of Pasco. 🫶

Summer Session: That’s a WRAP!

Did you know Pace offers academic and social services all year long?

After months of hard work, we closed out summer session with a day full of fun — from a Pace Pasco Scavenger Hunt and tie-dye T-shirts to line dancing, karaoke, and a delicious lunch topped off with ice cream sundaes.

A huge shoutout to Stefano and Gina at Toast Restaurant for the amazing wraps, fresh salads, and the sweetest rice pudding — made with so much ❤️!

Thank you to Publix of Tarpon Springs for supplying ice cream sundae supplies. Literally the cherry on top!

🌺 Aloha and THANK YOU! 🌺

We've been on Island Time with our shout out, but we are still feeling MAHALO in our hearts!!!

Our girls and staff were treated to an incredible luau-themed lunch thanks to the generosity of Enchanted To Help and Pub NPR, and it was so much more than a delicious meal.

One of the things we love most about community partnerships is watching organizations with hearts for serving others come alongside our girls. Enchanted to Help is dedicated to bringing hope, encouragement, and support to children and families throughout our community, and that mission is a beautiful reflection of what we believe at Pace: every girl deserves to be surrounded by people who believe in her, invest in her, and remind her she belongs.

From the tropical décor to the amazing food and warm smiles, every detail made our girls feel special. Those moments matter. They tell our girls, "You are worth celebrating."

To everyone from Enchanted to Help and Steamworks Pub who helped make this happen—thank you for sharing your time, your generosity, and your hearts with our Pace family.

This is what Rooted in Community looks like. đź’ś

Pace Pasco is on a mission to power up our students with school lunch donations for the week of July 27th!

Our collaboration with Pasco County Schools and NSLP is fantastic, but when the district takes a breather, we need a little help feeding our 56 hardworking teens.

Whether you can sponsor a meal, provide a meal, or contribute individual lunch items/gift cards - we appreciate it all. We just need some help whipping up some some filling lunch options for our summer gals.

Contact us for more info.

Today, the Pace Center for Girls, Pasco family joins our community in celebrating the life and legacy of Brian West. In this life, there are just some simply good humans. Brian was one of those people. Talk about Rooted in Community. đź’ś

Through his work with Publix and his countless acts of service throughout our community, Brian had an authentic way of making others feel seen, valued, and capable of more than they believed. He led with humility, gave generously of his time, and embodied one of our most valued Pace Guiding Principles: Act with Integrity and Positive Intent.

Brian shared that same heart with Pace Pasco. As the keynote speaker for our 2023 Believing in Girls Breakfast, he reminded us of the power of investing in others and leading with compassion. But beyond the mic, he took time to truly invest in our girls, in the ways that really matter - through encouragement, opportunities, and mentorship. He understood that changing lives is necessary “heart” work – even if when it’s hard work; and he exemplified this by stepping up for people when others might not.

We are so fortunate that Brian was part of our Pace fam. Our hearts are with his family, his Publix family, and all who are grieving this tremendous loss.

May we all honor Brian's memory by choosing to believe in others as wholeheartedly as he did. His legacy will continue to bloom in the many lives that he inspired. đź’ś
