Homestyle fries in the making!

Our Culinary Arts students were busy in the kitchen today practicing their knife skills and learning the process of preparing fresh, hand-cut homestyle fries from start to finish.

From carefully cutting the potatoes to frying them to a golden finish, students are building the hands-on skills, kitchen safety practices, and attention to detail they’ll need in the food service industry.

There’s nothing quite like learning by doing—and these fries looked pretty delicious, too!
