Mr. Fluke brings an impressive 22 years of automotive industry experience with Mercedes-Benz and is a Master Certified technician. His extensive hands-on experience and passion for all things automotive will provide our students with valuable real-world knowledge as they prepare to enter the industry.

A husband and father of three, Mr. Fluke also has a passion for teaching and mentoring young technicians. He is excited to share his knowledge and experience while helping prepare the next generation of skilled automotive professionals.

Ms. Campbell brings valuable experience in both nursing and healthcare education to Marchman. With a professional background in cardiac nursing and experience as a PCT educator with Pasco County Schools, she is passionate about preparing the next generation of healthcare professionals.

Through hands-on training, clinical skill development, and an emphasis on compassionate patient care, Ms. Campbell is committed to helping students build the knowledge, confidence, and skills needed for success in the healthcare field.

Please join us in welcoming Chandan Kumar Singh to Fred K. Marchman Technical College as our new CTE Electricity instructor!

Mr. Singh brings a unique combination of electrical engineering expertise, teaching experience, and an international perspective to Marchman. Prior to joining us, he served in graduate teaching, research, and project roles at Oregon State University, where he conducted electrical engineering research while mentoring students.

His professional and educational journey includes experience in India, the United Kingdom, Denmark, and the United States. He holds a Master of Science in Electrical and Computer Engineering from Oregon State University.

Now calling New Port Richey home, Mr. Singh is excited to become part of our community and share his knowledge and passion for the electrical field with the next generation of skilled professionals.

Please join us in welcoming Thomas Moschner to his new role as the Specialized Career Education, Comprehensive (SCE) instructor at Fred K. Marchman Technical College!

Mr. Moschner began his teaching career in 2001 after transitioning from a career in business. He spent 14 years teaching high school mathematics before joining Marchman, first as a nighttime GED instructor in 2014 and then full time in 2015. Over the years, he has taught mathematics, Reading Language Arts, Social Studies, Science, and GED preparation.

Now, Mr. Moschner is beginning a new chapter at Marchman, bringing more than 25 years of teaching experience to our SCE program. He is passionate about helping students develop the skills and confidence they need to become independent, self-sufficient, employable, and successful in careers they enjoy.

We are excited to have Mr. Moschner leading our SCE students and look forward to the positive impact he will continue to make at Marchman and in our community!

Please join us in welcoming Chef Mike Hebb to the Fred K. Marchman Technical College family as our new Culinary Arts instructor!

Chef Hebb brings an incredible 39 years of experience in the culinary and hospitality industry. Throughout his career, he has served in a variety of leadership roles, including Chef/Owner, Executive Chef, Culinary Consultant, Senior Hospitality Consultant, General Manager, Club Manager, Food and Beverage Director, and Culinary Historian.

Most recently, Chef Hebb was the Chef/Owner and Culinary Historian of The Historic Table in Charleston, South Carolina, where he created authentic 18th- and 19th-century dining experiences in historic settings. The Historic Table earned 100% 5-star reviews during its tenure, and Chef Hebb was honored by the Chaîne des Rôtisseurs, the world’s oldest international gastronomic society, for his accomplishments.

Chef Hebb is excited to bring his extensive industry experience, knowledge, and passion for the culinary arts to the students of Pasco County.

We are thrilled to welcome Chef Hebb to Marchman and look forward to all that our Culinary Arts students will learn from him. Welcome to the Marchman family, Chef Hebb! 👨‍🍳

Congratulations to our very own Jonica Teague (“Miss T”), who was recently featured as a Bay News 9 A+ Teacher!

A proud Marchman graduate herself, Jonica has spent the last 10 years helping students develop the skills, confidence, and professionalism needed to succeed in the cosmetology industry. Her passion for teaching and dedication to student success shine through in everything she does.

We are incredibly proud to have Jonica as part of the Marchman family and grateful for the impact she makes on our students every day.
