Please join us in welcoming Chef Mike Hebb to the Fred K. Marchman Technical College family as our new Culinary Arts instructor!
Chef Hebb brings an incredible 39 years of experience in the culinary and hospitality industry. Throughout his career, he has served in a variety of leadership roles, including Chef/Owner, Executive Chef, Culinary Consultant, Senior Hospitality Consultant, General Manager, Club Manager, Food and Beverage Director, and Culinary Historian.
Most recently, Chef Hebb was the Chef/Owner and Culinary Historian of The Historic Table in Charleston, South Carolina, where he created authentic 18th- and 19th-century dining experiences in historic settings. The Historic Table earned 100% 5-star reviews during its tenure, and Chef Hebb was honored by the Chaîne des Rôtisseurs, the world’s oldest international gastronomic society, for his accomplishments.
Chef Hebb is excited to bring his extensive industry experience, knowledge, and passion for the culinary arts to the students of Pasco County.
