and our COBRA Self Defense Trinity is having a Self Defense Minicamp on February 1 from 10:00am - 2:00pm. This training is for adult students and older teens.

This program will teach the COBRA Self Defense curriculum in a 1 day group class environment. Students will learn:
-Situational Awareness, Confidence, Assertiveness
-Psychology of Self Defense
-Anti-Abduction Strategies
-Escapes and Strikes
-Close Quarter Combat
-Weapons Defense

Great weekend Self-Defense training camps during the month of May to prepare teens going off to college and increase self-awareness for family members in the community.

This is the COBRA Self Defense International curriculum taught to companies, schools, churches, institutions and individuals around the world to increase your chance of survival should you experience this horrific event.
Attendees learn: Psychology of a shooter; What a shooter needs to be successful; Exit strategies; Cover and concealment; Moving under fire; Ballistic awareness. Program includes scenario training in a safe, controlled environment.

COBRA Self-Defense Seminar for a group of approximately 50 women today during the Timber Greens Women’s Club meeting and luncheon.

These women in the 55 and up community were empowered on the benefits of personal safety and awareness training.
