We are so proud of Izabell!!!
She will go far!👷🏼‍♀️🚧🔧

Izabell Street, a graduate of the Construction Technician/Worker Apprenticeship Program, has demonstrated a determination since childhood to pursue a career in construction. Inspired by a family legacy that spans generations, Izabell developed an early passion for the industry; "Throughout my entire childhood, I was exposed to all kinds of construction. I was 4 years old when we built our house, and I can honestly say this is where my love for building began. It is the coolest experience to see the entire process of a project," she said.

Although her path was not always clear, Izabell remained committed to finding her place in the field. A simple conversation with a customer at a previous job led her to discover PHSC’s fully funded apprenticeship program. When looking further into the program, she was inspired: "When I saw Mr. Kessler’s mission statement, it read as a prayer, and from there I knew I needed to take a leap of faith."

Today, as a graduate, Izabell reflects on that chance conversation, "I’m extremely grateful I made the decision to apply, as this program opened many doors and opportunities for me." Her story stands as a powerful example of perseverance, purpose and the impact of career-focused education.
