Anxiety about physical health is brand new to me. U never have even considered there’d be a 2nd type and 2nd category causing my panic attacks besides external stimuli… though since I found out and my body is …. Slowing down rapidly ever day tgat goes by I’m struggling to deal with my mind being aware of its vessel …. Slowing down as I watch it happen it scares the f**k out of me, it’s only been 4 months, wow , my biggest fear and really only fear I’ve ever had besides going outside into open places. Which was crippling and still is, though my fear that I never thought would happen is my my mind out living my body. This week has been rough. And lonely. But I accept full responsibility for all of my stress , anxiety and panic, because some has to. It’s the balance of human existence, I go thru what I do so someone else can be worry free. I accept that as well. The greater good and all that…
