Hey Everyone, we hope you are having a great summer! In order for parents to find information about all of the elementary school’s activities in one place, a new Facebook group has been created. We invite you to join Quaker Elementary PTO. We will no longer be posting or monitoring this page so please find us and join the new one. We look forward to what next year has to bring!

Here are two of the baskets you could win if you come to our PTO meet and greet. Each school will have a basket at their table for you to enter to win. The winners will be announced after the March 30th meeting.

Don’t forget to turn in your PTO nominations by Friday! Every position at each school is accepting nominations. If you have any questions about nominations or the PTO in general, send us a message.

Send Friendship Bracelets to your friends, teacher, siblings, etc.!

When you receive the handout- Just cut, fill out, and return a message to school with $1 per valentine. Valentines will be delivered the week of February 8th. Cash or Check. Please make checks payable to: EAST PTO. Last day to turn in is February 5th.

EAST PEPPERONI ROLLS MUST be picked up today at Pepperoni Rollers. There are 13 orders for East students still remaining. If you are one of those remaining student orders please head over to Pepperoni Rollers before 6 PM. Please share this post and spread the word so that no one is missed.

EAST VIRTUAL PTO Meeting
When: Tuesday November 24 at 7PM
Where: via Zoom
Who: Anyone who is interested in participating in PTO this year
What: We will be discussing PTO moving forward for this school year and Christmas parties.
How: Go to Zoom.com and click on Join a Meeting and enter the meeting ID and password when directed.

Pepperoni Roll pickup information. I have listed each schools pickup day in case you have kiddos at multiple locations.

Tuesday, Dec 1st - York Elementary PTO
Wednesday, Dec 2nd - East Elementary PTO
Thursday, Dec 3rd - Central Elementary PTO
Tuesday, Dec 8th - West Elementary PTO
Wednesday, Dec 9th - South Elementary PTO

Pick up times will be from 9am to 6pm. Any orders not picked up can be picked up the following day.

**UPDATE- If you have children at more than one elementary school you can pick them all up on one day. Pepperoni Rollers just asked that you let them know when you are picking up that the kiddos are at multiple schools. This may take them a little longer to pull your order. You also can call and let them know ahead of time that you will be picking up from multiple schools.

Online pepperoni sales has ended. If you have a paper copy please turn it in ASAP. As soon as we have pick up dates set we will let you all know on here and with a flyer sent home. Thank you again for your support.

Monday November 2nd will be the last day to sell pepperoni rolls online or to turn in your paper copies and money! Please reach out if you have any questions. Thank you for all that you do to support the PTO and East school, we couldn't do it without you!
