Dear SACA,
What a crazy journey it has been. From being your dance coordinator, to VP, to President. I definitely did not expect my journey to end this way. I wish I could’ve had my last spring show, and I wish I cherished last year’s show more. My goal was to make this show even better than last year’s. Unfortunately, I couldn’t do that, but the memories made from this club will always remind me of how lucky I am to have been a part of this club. I was honored to be on e-board for 4 years and your president for the last 2. Clearly you know how much you guys mean to me if you went to our last meeting and saw me cry uncontrollably. I want to thank my amazing e-board for helping me make our last event together so wonderful. I know I wasn’t really excited for the theme, but it was seriously the best fall formal we have ever had. Congratulations on becoming the new SACA president!! I know you’re going to do great! I also want to thank all the SACA members, old and new, for making our little South Asian community so special. Like I’ve said before, our community is small, but you guys are a big part of my heart. I love you all so much, and I can’t wait to see our family grow. 💙🧡

Well hello everyone! I know it's been a while since our amazing show: Crazy Rich South Asians, but due to technical difficulties, it took a while for me to get all the photos and videos. BUT IT'S FINALLY HERE AND DONE.

ISSA WRAP.🤩 Thank you everyone who participated and attended our spring show: Crazy Rich South Asians! I want to personally thank all my wonderful e-board members who helped put the show together, all the performers, all the club members, for co-hosting, and anyone who helped make this event possible. A shout-out to , my wonderful VP who has officially graduated now. We’re gonna miss you!Hope everyone has a wonderful summer and is ready for a whole new adventure with SACA next semester. SPRING FORMAL SZN!🥳 We’re back and this time will be hosting with us! Our amazing show’s theme this year is: Crazy Rich South Asians! Clear your schedules for Friday, May 3rd from 7-11 PM in SUB MPR if you want to have a good time! There will be a crazy skit, amazing performances by Nachle and other New Paltz students, a beautiful fashion show, great food, an open dance floor, a photo booth and MORE! It’s finally back after 4 years! 🎉 Come out to our Holi celebration on Friday, April 12 from 5-7 pm in Parker Quad** (location has been changed). Each person will be given Holi powder and water balloons for FREE! Wear white you wouldn’t mind getting a little color on 😉 Come out for a fun time!💥
