🔢 ✏️We practiced chronological 1-10 order with our 10 Commandments, cutting and pasting, and peeling and placing stickers on our Sticker Snails for our letter Ss! We also practiced our /g/ and /b/ sounds in our farm and agriculture unit with Gideon Goat and Blueberries. These kiddos learned that we can get milk from a goat to make cheese and that blueberries are perennial plants that have white flowers that turn into berries, and MORE 🤍💒

☀️2nd Annual Muffins with Moms (any of our wonderful mother figures with their tiny babes 💕) was so fun! It’s such a great way to bond and fellowship! You can sit with us 🤍💒

☀️✂️✏️ It’s that time of year! We are hosting our parent info night for academic year 2026-2027 next Thursday, February 12, 2026! Sonshine Kids Preschool Ministry is located inside of Community Christian Church on 500 W (Gem Road). 🖍️💛🖌️

We will have limited slots available, however, the more interest we have from the community, the more accommodations we can make!

WELCOME BACK! School is back in session and the good times are just beginning for the year 👩🏼‍🏫🛝🎨📖✏️

The first days of preschool are so much fun! We LOVE seeing all of the smiling faces at drop off! We have enjoyed these sweet littles and we can’t wait to watch them grow!

Our last days of school were alllll about having the most fun! We used hot water and hammers to free our toys from the ice that Princess Elsa made and we had an indoor camping day! We did show and tell around the “campfire” and listened to stories by flashlight! We ended our day with s’mores of course!

We have had a super fun week! We started with a stuffie sleepover on pajama day! Then, we had a Tie Dye Tuesday complete with a groovy dance off! Today, we went wacky for Wednesday!!! Stay tuned for the “best day ever!”

Basic info:
—Monday through Thursday, 11-3 with a built in lunch program for extra Kindergarten readiness!
—structured curriculum, STEAM, weather permitting outdoor learning, some life skills practice, and of course, JESUS!
—fun field trips and interactive days like Fire Safety and Touch a Truck!
—we follow New Palestine Community Schools calendar, with the exception of eLearning days!
—teacher/teaching assitant to student ratio of 8:1

We couldn’t let April Fool’s Day come and go without a trick or two! These kiddos were so excited to have brownies with icing for an afternoon surprise, BUT they were fooled with “Brown E’s with Eye-cing!” We followed up with the real thing, though! Any excuse for brownies is a good one!

Click to Register!!! for our ADORABLE Sonshine Kids Preschool Prom!!! We are excited to host this amazing event! Get those preschoolers dolled up in suits and dresses and let them dance the night away! 💃🏼🕺There will be a Prom King and Queen vote and they will be crowned at the end of the dance! Picture booth and refreshments provided!

Come out and support a great cause! This sweet girl touched so many and we are going to celebrate her life! Help us honor her by spending quality time with someone you love! This will be like a Home Depot or Lowe’s project day! Kits provided!
