This school year, 69 educators from ten schools and training partners participated in our soft skills program, reaching over 4,400 students. How did this impact their classrooms? Their students' attendance rates and grades rose, more industry-based credentials were earned, and their classrooms were filled with confident students working on thriving in school and life.
Thank you to the educators, leaders, and students from Eleanor McMain, Edna Karr, Frederick Douglass, McDonogh 35, NET: Central City, New Harmony, New Orleans Career Center, Next Level NOLA, Operation Spark, and Warren Easton for your enthusiasm and commitment this school year.

Who benefits from apprenticeships? Everyone! Apprenticeships prepare young people for good-paying jobs and fill essential roles in regional industries. The U.S. Department of Labor's Apprenticeships Building America grant provides financial support for apprenticeships, and YouthForce NOLA is thrilled to use our $4 million award to help grow apprenticeship opportunities in our community. Happy National Apprenticeship Week!
