Why should counselors have to use one system for documentation and another for credit checks?

We’ve been asking the same question.

Credit checks are coming to CounselTRACC, giving counselors another tool they use every day in one place.

Document the work. Track student progress. Check graduation requirements.

One platform.

More details coming soon. 👀

Looking forward to this one!

Counselors are collecting a ton of information every day, but too often it ends up being documentation just for the sake of documentation.

On September 17, we’re teaming up with IgnitED Consulting for a free webinar on how we can use that information better, save some time, and turn it into something that actually helps students and strengthens our programs.

🚀 A NEW PARTNERSHIP. A BIGGER IMPACT.

School counselors don’t need more to do.

They need more time to do what matters most.

That’s why we’re excited to announce a new partnership between IgnitED! Consulting + CounselTRACC—bringing together expertise in school counseling practice, systems, documentation, data, and student impact.

And we’re kicking things off with a conversation every school counselor, student support services team, and school leader should be having:

⏰ Beyond Documentation: Maximizing Time, Data, and Student Impact

Join us September 17 as we dig into practical strategies for making documentation, communication, intervention tracking, and data work for school counselors—not against them.

Because documentation shouldn't be the destination.

It should be the tool that helps us get to better support for students.

Pretty cool seeing this map start to fill in.

What started here in Arkansas is now reaching counselors across the country.

We appreciate everyone who has signed up, checked out CounselTRACC, scheduled a demo, shared it with someone else, or started building a partnership with us.

The CounselTRACC Den keeps growing. 🦊

Excited to see where the next dot shows up.
