Due to expected severe weather, Lake Forest Charter School will be closed on Monday, January 26, 2026.

📚 Learning will continue for all Eagle Students.
Assignments will be posted in Google Classroom by 9:00 AM and are due Tuesday, January 27 by 8:00 AM.

✔️ All assignments will be graded and count toward student grades.
📌 No late work will be accepted.

We are thrilled to share some exciting news with you! 🎉 The Louisiana Department of Education has released the 2025 School Performance Scores (SPS), and Lake Forest Charter has been recognized as the 2nd highest-scoring K-8 school in Louisiana and the highest-scoring K-8 school in Orleans Parish. 🦅✨ LFC is proudly distinguished as a high “A” scoring school.

We are incredibly proud of the hard work and commitment shown by our teachers, students, and families! 💙 While we remain the top-performing K-8 school in New Orleans, we know there is still work ahead — and we are committed to keeping the momentum strong! 🚀
