Spreading the Music is an uptown New Orleans community music school directly serving the needs of our neighbors. We offer lessons to all instruments, all ages 5 and older, all skill levels, all genres, with prime after school time slots, easy scheduling, and conveniently located off of the vibrant Freret Street. We even have teachers dedicated to beginner or continuing adult music education! We sp

ecialize in online, hybrid and in-person lessons contouring to your comfort level during the pandemic. Not only can you learn at Spreading the Music, but you can come to PRACTICE or rehearse! Even if you're a beginner just starting out, the only way you can get better is if you practice. Come on your own or with your band and have your next rehearsal today.
