It showcases HDC’s leadership in early childhood inclusion, educator and workforce development, transition supports, sensory disability services, prevention initiatives, and emerging interdisciplinary clinics.

Did you know we also support early childhood programs across Louisiana? Several of our facilitators have experience with the CLASS evaluation tool, allowing us to provide meaningful, aligned coaching. We’ve proudly partnered with Assumption Parish Schools’ Head Start and PreK department since 2020!

Our coaching isn’t just about strategies—it’s about building strong, lasting relationships with the educators we serve. LASARD Facilitator Melinda Luna began working with Janie Clement when she was a classroom teacher during Assumption’s first year as a partner. Now, Janie serves as a district leader, and they visit classrooms together—bringing the “coach the coach” model to life.
