The Pathway to Independence project expands what's possible for our students with autism.
Created for Explorers (high school-age) and Path (adult) students, this home learning environment offers students the opportunity to build life skills, explore vocational readiness, and practice everyday routines in a setting designed to foster confidence and independence.
Because some of life's most important lessons are learned by doing.

Anchors aweigh! βπΊπΈ
Our Easterseals Louisiana Chartwell Center students and teachers had a wonderful time at the Riverwalk, meeting sailors during Sail 250's stop in New Orleans. As the city kicked off this nationwide celebration of America's 250th anniversary, our students had the opportunity to experience a unique piece of history in the city we call home.
We were proud to be a small part of this exciting celebration and grateful for the chance to create meaningful memories with our students along the way. πβ¨
